In 2007, Lawanda Haney was a new mom, committed to lose postpartum weight and find new hobbies to keep her on track with her goals. She accomplished this through Pilates, yoga, and distance running for many years.
Since 2017, she pivoted to a plant-based diet and eventually veganism. It was also at this time that she began to lift weights and compete as an amateur bodybuilder. Despite pandemic weight and postpartum weight at an advanced age, she has emerged better than ever.
Lawanda now uses her experience as a mom and qualified fitness professional to design customized programs for people with varieties of health goals and challenges.
