As a fellow mom who’s navigated postpartum weight gain (and kept up with two kids!), I get how chaotic life can be. My shift to a plant-based lifestyle and bodybuilding journey showed me how mindset and small, consistent changes create lasting results.
Now, I design time-efficient strength workouts and give practical nutritional guidance for busy parents, delivered virtually or in-person—no guilt, just real, doable steps toward more energy, strength, and confidence.
